Frequently asked questions

Is this a demanding trip?
It's the most demanding in our catalogue because of altitude, not physical effort. You sleep above 3,000 m for several nights.
When is it best?
May to October. Outside that window some mountain routes close and it's too cold to sleep in a village.
What if the Tibet permit is delayed?
It happens on specific dates. That is why JoyoTour builds in buffer days and warns you about sensitive dates well in advance.
